The original In Search Of (hosted by Leonard Nimoy) treated its strange subjects–Bigfoot, flying saucers, ghosts, etc.–with a conventional, documentary approach. As conceived by Haxan Films (makers of The Blair Witch Project), the new In Search Of is a frenetic journey through the dark terrain of the mind, where paranoia reigns and even the medium of television itself is distorted by unseen, sinister forces. Haxan approached 2820 as a design partner for this Fox Network series, requesting not only titles and bumpers but also the art direction of the many visual effects that weave throughout each episode.
