The
Idea Exchange wanted to launch a dotcom based solely on
ideas. Idea Exchange was conceived as an electronic Ellis
Island. In the middle of the project, four weeks before
launching, the target audience changed and 2820 had to
not only produce the site but also re-brand it as well.
On an aggressive timeline, 2820 used information management
techniques to make a wide variety of ideas tangible, accessible,
and understandable to a wide audience of users.
