Knowing
that women make most purchasing decisions in the supermarket,
McArthur Dairy asked 2820 to create a web site that would
simultaneously appeal to her as a consumer and as a parent.
At the same time, we wanted to be mindful that this was
a food product, with purity and freshness being important
underlying concerns. As a result, this site's look is
bright and clean, with graphics that are fun and light-hearted.
This is best seen in our use (and design) of the cartoon
cow "host." He appears throughout, inviting you into areas
that cover the company's history, provides a "tour" of
the facility, and showcases product and nutritional information.
Plus there's an area just for kids with lots of games
and activities.
